How Our Virtual Staging Process Works

Virtual staging is an effective way to enhance real estate photos, helping potential buyers visualize the space’s full potential. At Array, we make the process simple and efficient, ensuring high-quality results in just 24 hours.

Step #1: Select Your Photos

Decide which photos you want virtually staged. You can specify the angles you prefer before or during the shoot, or wait until you receive your photos the next day to make your selections. Once decided, just provide us with the corresponding photo numbers.

Step #2: Choose Your Furniture Style

Browse our Virtual Staging Library and select the furniture styles that best fit your listing’s aesthetic.

Step #3: Match Your Photos with Furniture

After selecting your photos and furniture, let us know how you’d like them paired. Here’s an example of how to format your request:

• Photo #27 → 3068
• Photo #41 → 3008H
• Photo #42 → 3008H
• Photo #43 → 3008H
• Photo #51 → 2074

We recommend choosing full-room furniture templates for the best results. However, if you'd like to replace individual items within a template, we can accommodate those requests—just let us know.

Step #4: Receive Your Staged Photos

Once we have your selections, we’ll begin working on your project and deliver your virtually staged images within 24 hours.

Additional Notes

• If you require custom staging based on reference images or furniture not available in our library, turnaround time may be extended by up to 24 additional hours.
• Creating new furniture items may incur additional charges, which will always be confirmed with you before proceeding.
• Minor edits and corrections are free. However, replacing most or all staged furniture will be considered a new order and may involve additional charges.
