How does media relicensing work?
Creators retain content ownership. Your shoot price includes a license for your use only. Others must contact us for permission to use it elsewhere.

How Does Photo/Video Relicensing Work?
When a photography company captures images or videos, they retain ownership of the media as the creator. This is standard in the industry and is based on copyright law, which automatically grants the photographer or company the rights to their work.
When you book a shoot with us, the cost includes a license to use the media for marketing the specific property under your name or company. This means you have permission to use the content for listing purposes, social media, or promotional materials related to that property. However, this license is non-transferable, meaning it cannot be shared, sold, or used by another agent, company, or third party without permission.
If someone expresses interest in using the media we have captured, please have them contact us directly. We can provide a license for their use at our standard relicensing fee.
Our relicensing fee is 50% of what it would cost to reshoot the content. This ensures that all parties using the media have the proper rights while maintaining the value and integrity of our work.
If you need to relicense media or have questions about usage rights, please contact us for pricing and details.
