How do Unlimited Item Removals Work?

Item removals involve digitally editing out unwanted or distracting elements from your real estate photos. This includes anything from small flaws—like nail holes or wrinkled bedding—to larger items such as cars, dumpsters, or construction materials.

During the shoot, you’re encouraged to point out anything you'd like removed. Our photographers will make note of it so it’s handled during editing.

If you notice more items after delivery, you can still request removals by annotating the photos and sending them back—at no additional cost.

Common removal requests include:

  • For sale signs
  • Cars in the driveway
  • Construction debris
  • Trash cans or bins
  • TV cords or outlets
  • Fridge magnets
  • Wrinkles in bedding
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Garden hoses
  • Pool equipment
  • Leaves or dust
  • Carpet stains
  • Ladders or tools

What’s not included?

The Unlimited Item Removals add-on covers removal only. Adding new elements—such as green grass, staging furniture, or completing partially constructed areas—requires more complex editing and is billed separately based on the scope of the request.

If you’re ever unsure, feel free to ask—we’re happy to provide a quick answer.

Unlimited item removals is included in all our packages and is also available as a separate add-on for standalone services.

Weather minimally affects photos as edits can enhance brightness and skies. Videos show more impact, with cloudy exteriors appearing darker. Reshoots are optional.
