Job Summary
The Operations Coordinator (OC) at Array is a vital role ensuring the customer experience runs smoothly from inquiry to final deliverable. This position is the central link between customers, production team, and internal operations, providing smooth handoffs and reliable follow-through across projects.
Key responsibilities include managing the daily shoot schedule, handling customer communication across platforms, and clearly relaying notes and requests to the right departments. The OC also resolves small issues and ensures all checklists, to-dos, and projects are completed on time using our project management board.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. The role also offers potential growth into operations leadership as Array grows.

5 Main Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling - Manage the logistics of our production schedule effectively
- Customer Communication - Promptly and professionally handle all customer needs with genuine care
- Internal Communication - Clearly and accurately pass on/translate customer notes and requests between all departments
- Administrative Tasks - Manage office space, run errands, etc..
- Complete all "Recurring Checklists", "To Do's" and "Projects" on the project management board by their due dates

Qualifications/Experience
- 2+ years of professional work experience in customer service, operations, or a related field
- Strong local knowledge of the Emerald Coast region (Destin to Panama City)
- Excellent communication skills, especially in handling customer emails and phone calls
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software, systems, and tools
- Self-starter who can work independently while also contributing to team success
Hours of Work
- Full Time | Monday - Friday | 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Evenings and weekends when needed
- This is an in-office role in Santa Rosa Beach, FL
- There is some flexibility to work remote when needed
- 20 vacation/sick days (PTO)
- 10 holidays
Compensation
- Base Annual Salary (salary range provided during hiring process)
- Quarterly Profit Sharing: Bonuses are added onto your April, July, Oct, and Jan. paychecks. This amount will be calculated by using the following metrics:
- 1/3 for how long you have been with the company.
- 1/3 for personal performance (representing core values & job performance)
- 1/3 for overall profitability of the company
- Monthly meal allowance
